Growing Revenues:  To grow revenues someone has to get the word out about your business. If you are tremendously fortunate to have a product so unique and effective people are beating a path to your business and growth is measured by days not years, congratulations, you have picked a winning business.
If however you are like most of us you will be the person responsible to see that customer’s are coming in or calling or visiting your website. This means advertising. Both on-line and off-line. If you are a franchise you know this is a big spend and a necessary one. If you are not a franchise take a lesson from them and other successful businesses and dedicate some dollars to advertising and getting asses in the door (as they so crudely say, lol). We are not marketers, unfortunately, but we understand from experience the value. We recommend finding an agency or multiple agencies (one for off-line perhaps) then sit down with them and let them know your expectations. They in turn will set your realistic expectations and have reporting to back up their results. My favorite reporting method is … wait for it… increased sales, period. I could give a rip about reports if I am not making additional sales daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. So set aside at least 5% of annual revenues to advertising and you will be very glad you did. Might even wonder why you have not done this before.

If you are my client it's because you want to be. Thank you for being a client. Our goal is to make it rain profits, it's that simple. We have a name we "borrowed" and that name is "Tess". So if you hear "Yes It's Tess" That's A Very Good Sign.

2020 And 2021 were tumultuos years for most businesses. We all thought 2022 would be better, calmer, 'back to normal' so to speak. Shock of shocks that wasn't true and we are once again, blind sided.
